What is CGPA?

 

1. Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) : It is the average of grade points obtained in all subjects excluding additional subjects as per the curriculum.

 

2. Purpose : CGPA provides an overall indication of a student's academic performance throughout their course of study.

 

How is CGPA Calculated?

 

1. Grade Points : Each subject is awarded a certain number of grade points based on the marks obtained.

 

2. Formula : CGPA is calculated by taking the sum of grade points of all subjects and then dividing by the number of subjects.
